Well, maybe you remember a movie from the 70's, called Sybil. It was about a girl, who suffered a psychological trauma, & had 13 different personalities. It was a reailty-based story. Well, for me different interests simply come from my always curiousity, & well, let's say it's just the craziness of a gemini. I take all interest seriously, & I'm trying to put my heart into my work. This means I don't care about sitting on the cloud, & avoiding the fact, that reality is cruel & wicked. It isn't. Because for me, life is what you make of it. And I keep trying to give my best energies into the work of art, writing or music.
Inspirations blues, coffee, films, worthful words, friends, music in general. Every day brings something inspiring. I've learned from great artists such as the well-known Hungarianpainter, Ferenc Szalay and amazing sculptor Lőrincz Popovics. and Éva Ibos, director of many art exhibitons, art historian and author of art books. and many more great artist through the years. I'm an occupied painter, and journalist, who loves to play on her bass guitar. Szibilla worked for University of Szeged press, and works for the Hungarian RockinforM magazine, which is distributed nationwide since the 90's. She's a graduated Journalist, working as a freelance music & cultural writer, & also a freelance Painter & sit-in jam session Musician. She first got press as poet in her teenage years, & later won sholarship as high-school student, & travelled all around Europe & Africa with her family.
After learning hard for years, she go to study at the university. But soon she realized she wants something else, so she spent only one year at university, listened to lectures about literature, philosopy and history as a History and Literature student. So later she left university to go on the road, travel, and learn from blues musicians, and starSzibillat performing live after learning to play bass in summer of 2007. She perfomed in little clubs to big festivals with her friends. The band was named by the audience, and never really pushed to reach wider attention. It was all for the joy of live music. And still it is. Her goal is to do her own music, as a singer, bass player and songwriter. She is working hard on writing songs, and getting ready to put out a studio material soon.
